Each participant struggles with his/her own limitations. In my classes, your individual wishes and needs get attended to, through calm, targeted and gentle exercises. They energise and stimulate natural flexibility throughout your body….

Practice should be absolutely relaxed and taken up regularly for about an hour. It will revive you and release a new sparkling energy in your body, mind and soul!

In Yoga, nothing is mandatory, and everything is possible! Constant and consistent practice is key to finding the best you can be… and experiencing a completely different and improved body feeling… Exercise at your own pace, your own intensity…

At any age, but particularly for seniors, Yoga can introduce a renewed flexibility and stimulated vitality. No more staying behind on bike rides or walks… the younger crowd will notice your improved mobility! There are lots of tools available to make sure everyone gets the most out of the exercises.
