Let me introduce myself.

Due to various health problems in my family, more than 25 years ago, I started looking for a more complete form of healing than the strictly medical one. After several years of compulsory stays at the pediatrics of Gasthuisberg (UZ.Leuven) with a daughter who remained ill, I realized that the generally applicable rules of medical science also had their limits.

I started looking for something

That would complete that medical world without harming it. After all, I have a lot of admiration for the doctors, they know an immense amount about the human body and can sometimes perform small wonders of technology.

But I still felt that something was missing;

Man is not a machine, not all people react in the same way to the same interventions and medicines.

Every person is unique, even physically, although there are of course many similarities.

Coincidentally (but what is a coincidence?)

I ended up at the Health Therapist course.

This training gave me a good understanding of the human body and provided me with many techniques and therapies. I became very familiar with different massage techniques, and I was especially mesmerized by

the herbs, the Aromatherapy and the Bach flowers.

I explored these therapies deeper in various workshops and self study. Because of the saying:

“the more you learn, the more you know that you don’t know anything yet”,

I continued my search for tools that helped me discover myself and which give me new insights to help people walk their path in a healthier and more balanced way.

I felt that I still needed some links to complete my vision in my personal environment and in my health practice, which I had started in the meantime. There were still too many questions that I could not answer or to which I had an incomplete answer, and I was not happy about that.

After some searching I took an Aura Soma course, which taught me a lot on an energetic level, a Cranio-Sacral Therapy (Upledger) course, which taught me incredible things in the field of massage, a workshop Ayurvedic massage and a course Neuro-Reactive Techniques, which repeated a lot of basic theoretical knowledge of the human body and natural nutritional supplements.

After that I studied Shiatsu for 3 years which completed it all for me; that was where West met East and

it gave me the insights I was looking for all those years.

In the treatment I give my clients, I apply all the techniques required for the individual client. You can say that everyone who comes to me receives a different treatment, completely tailored to his person and the things that concern him NOW. For many years I also focused on applying all knowledge to animals, and more specifically to horses and dogs. Horses have the incredible ability that once you’ve learned to understand them, they respond with great clarity. They show you very precisely what they need, and through that clarity they give me feedback for the things I want to pass on to people.

After 10 years of study, the time had come for the next piece of my puzzle: the local Yoga teacher stopped teaching and I took over the lessons!

Since then I have been able to turn my wonderful exercise into my job! After several Yoga courses in Belgium, the Netherlands and Monaco I achieved the recognition of the Yoga Alliance International/Europe as a Master Yoga Teacher (500h).

After 20 years of practice and daily teaching in Belgium, we moved to Hungary.

Here, in our authentic B&B in the sunny South, I pick up the thread again and organize weeks and workshops with Yoga, I give wonderful therapeutic massages, and I also do online sessions of Yoga, coaching and Tarot reading.

On the following pages you can see what I do …

Have fun!
